• The above prices do not include evaluation fees or pre-ICL eye condition assessments.  

• The above prices include surgical room fees, recovery room accommodation fees, medical supplies, medications used during surgery, and the surgical team's fees directly related to the specified eye surgery only.  

• The above prices include the cost of special supplementary lens equipment (as specified).  

• The above prices include one post-operative follow-up examination.
