• This price includes the operating room fee, recovery room fee, medical supplies, medication used in surgery, doctor's fee, procedure, only related to the specified surgery.

• This price does not include the cost that may occur in the event that the doctor recommends additional tests if abnormalities or other complications are known.

• The use of the package is at the doctor's discretion.

• Please make an appointment 2 days before receiving the service.
